Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the tp99 platform and all services operated under it. By accessing tp99.mom, registering, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Below are definitions of key terms used in this document:

Each user may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses earned will be considered void. Holding multiple accounts is treated as bonus abuse.

In the interest of security and fraud prevention, tp99 may request identity documents from a user at any time. tp99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if the required documents are not provided within the specified timeframe.

Account Management

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account. tp99 will treat any transaction on your account as valid, even if performed by a third party, unless you have previously notified us.

3.3 Account Closure Request

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure; however, any bonuses with unmet conditions will be cancelled.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

tp99 currently accepts three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. All transactions are processed through secure SSL encryption.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods & Limits

Withdrawals are processed through the same methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 Transaction Verification

For large withdrawal amounts or when unusual activity is detected, tp99 may take additional verification steps. This process is carried out to protect the user's funds and account.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized transaction is detected, tp99 reserves the right to cancel that transaction and immediately suspend the associated account.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tp99 offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 or more qualifies for the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the original deposit. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in bets before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts, bots, or coordinated betting to exploit bonus offers is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.

5.4 Promotion Validity

Each promotion has its own validity period and conditions, which are stated in the relevant offer details. Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled once the specified period has passed.

Betting & Gaming

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet has been fully placed and confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn, unless a technical error on the platform causes the bet to be declared void.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a server outage, disconnection, or software error, tp99 reserves the right to make a reasonable decision. The game provider's result will be considered final.

6.3 Market Cancellation

If an event is cancelled or irregular circumstances arise, the stake of the relevant bet will be refunded. Partial settlement may also apply in certain circumstances.

6.4 Maximum Winnings Limit

tp99 sets a maximum payable amount from any single bet or game on a per-event or weekly basis. This limit may change from time to time and any changes will be announced on the platform.

User Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using this platform:

• Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Disrupting platform operations or attempting to hack the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Operating an account under a false identity or using another person's account.

tp99 reserves the right to take immediate action for any of the above violations, including account suspension, fund seizure, and legal action where necessary.

Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal information by tp99 is governed by our separate Privacy Policy. By registering, you also consent to that policy.

8.1 Use of Data

The information you provide is used for account verification, payment processing, customer support, and relevant promotional communications. Your data is not sold to third parties.

Limitation of Liability

11.2 Funds During Suspension

Funds in a suspended account may be held while an investigation is ongoing. If the account is cleared following the investigation, any remaining funds will be returned.
